Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of service or a multi-state LPN license via the eNLC.
• Basic Life Support certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• State and federal background checks as required for regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the patient plan of care and supervising clinician directives.
• Assist physicians and the overseeing role with examinations and procedures as assigned.
• Observe, document and report patient status, symptoms and progress in a timely manner.
• Contribute to nursing assessment by collecting and recording data.
• Administer medications via IM, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulization and MDI as directed.
