Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an interventional cardiologist for inpatient block coverage in the United States. The role involves multi-day shifts and coverage of STEMI, with experienced colleagues and APP support. Procedures include PTCA, stents, caths, echo, stress tests, and EKGs; Nuclear and TEE experience is a strong plus.

Board certification is required. Travel and housing expenses are pre-paid; malpractice insurance is provided.

Responsibilities

• Shifts include multi-day block coverage -- inpatient service.
• 10 - 15 patients per day on inpatient service.
• 1 - 4 procedures per day in the lab plus STEMI coverage.
• Works alongside other physicians and APPs.
• Procedures: PTCA, stents, caths, echo, stress, EKG.
