Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Enjoy a 7 on 7 off schedule for a balanced lifestyle at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.

Qualifications

• Inpatient experience with strong clinical judgment.
• Master's or Bachelor's from an accredited PA program with NB Certification.
• Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as an NP by Georgia with NB Certification.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and treat patients with serious medical conditions, illnesses or injuries.
• Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations, and record data in patient records.
• Evaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal patient care.
• Write progress notes; prepare work-ups and summaries highlighting findings.
• Develop plans of care addressing complications and troubleshoot as needed.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree from accredited PA program
