Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Inpatient Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join the St. Michael Cancer Center in Silverdale.

The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care, working with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Requirements include completion of an accredited NP/PA program, WA ARNP/PA license, and at least 1 year of ARNP/PA experience; EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program completed.
• Current Washington ARNP or PA license active.
• One year of ARNP/PA experience.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• See 10–15 patients per shift for hematology/oncology inpatients and new consultations.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver evidence-based care and stay current with hematology/oncology practices.
• Guide patients and families, offering education and resources.
