Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support in Indiana. 24-hour coverage with 7 consecutive days on call, inpatient setting, general GI cases, and 30–45 day credentialing timeframe with temporary privileges available.

Board certification and an active Indiana license with CSR are required, along with EMR experience (Athena and Cerna). Malpractice insurance is arranged and travel support is provided by AMN Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Board Certification required for practice.
• Active Indiana medical license required.
• Indiana CSR (Controlled Substances Registration) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general gastroenterology care in an inpatient setting.
• Cover 24-hour shifts with 7 days of on-call availability.
• Coordinate credentialing within 30–45 days and obtain temporary privileges if needed.
