Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty training program (required).
• Ability to float between multiple hospital locations and work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes; participate in decision-making and promote safety and quality initiatives.
• Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and participate in unit safety and quality programs.
