Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Virginia is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to promote health through personalized nutrition plans and education. You will assess nutritional needs, develop dietary plans, and guide patients on post-discharge diets to support recovery.
Join a national leader in post-acute care that values empathy and education. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, document care in patient records, and help patients meet their nutrition goals
Competenze
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- State licensure required
- Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics membership preferred
- One year of clinical dietetics experience preferred
Mansioni
- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop dietary plans
- Provide education on healthy eating and post-discharge diets
- Document in the medical record and monitor progress
- Consult with physicians and care team on nutrition care
- Adapt menus and assist patients with special dietary needs
