The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver inpatient care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) in a rotational role with three 12-hour shifts per week. Qualificações

• Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN in the State of Ohio.
• Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Acute Care NP strongly preferred.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of critical care experience preferred.
• PA-C program graduate; eligibility for Ohio licensure as PA-C; 0 years of relevant experience.
• 0-2 years of critical care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide health care services to patients in collaboration with a licensed physician in the MICU.
• Care for patients in acute and chronic phases, with education and counseling as needed.
• Promote health and prevention, and refer to other providers when appropriate.
• Rotational position with three 12-hour shifts per week in the MICU, under a multidisciplinary critical care team.
