Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System in Florida is seeking an Inpatient Coding Supervisor to lead the inpatient coding staff for BJC Health/Saint Luke's. You will oversee coding accuracy, training, and compliance with coding guidelines.

Required: RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification and 3–5 years of coding experience; experience with 3M360 and EPIC is preferred. This is a full‑time daytime on‑site role in the Tallahassee area.

Qualifications

• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification required.
• 3-5 years of coding experience.
• AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inpatient coding staff.
• Provide coding education and training.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and policies.
• Experience with 3M360 and EPIC preferred.
