Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care across Johns Hopkins Health System facilities. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, vital signs, and basic treatments under nursing supervision.

The role requires a Maryland CNA license, BLS CPR, a high school diploma or GED, and at least six months inpatient CNA experience. Training on aseptic technique and wound care is provided as needed. Various shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maryland CNA license required (active).
• Active BLS/CPR certification required.
• Six months of CNA experience in inpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Aid with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Assist nursing staff with treatments and vital sign measurements.
• Maintain aseptic technique and basic wound care when needed.
• Monitor patient safety and transport supplies and equipment as required.
