Qualifications

• One-year prior experience in a hospital or related experience with clinical pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide general clinical pharmacy services to patients, nurses and medical staff.
• Participate in Pharmacotherapy Consult service and staff development.
• Monitor medication use and processing of medication orders.
