Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in inpatient PRN roles to lead nutrition care for patients across hospital settings. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide counseling to patients and families while collaborating with the care team.

Candidates should have a dietetics credential, be prepared to complete licensure requirements, and participate in ongoing education and professional development within TriHealth. PRN status offers flexibility within a hospital system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Dietetics required for new practitioners after 1/1/24.
• RD exam must be passed within 6 months of hire; Ohio licensure & registration may be required.
• General clinical knowledge and ability to work with adults in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, participate in, and document nutritional care for patients using the nutrition care process.
• Discuss diagnoses and provide counseling with patients and families to outline goals.
• Collaborate with team and external resources to implement care plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain time management, participate in committees, and support department objectives.
