MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is seeking a senior clinical nutritionist to deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy for inpatients with varied conditions. You will assess, plan, implement nutrition care, and document in the medical record while collaborating with the care team.

Required credentials include a dietetic internship and active DC licensure, with 5–7 years of experience; a master's degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition Science and completion of an accredited dietetic internship.
• Master's degree required if completed after Jan 1 2024.
• 5–7 years of progressive clinical nutrition experience; or 3–4 years with a specialty certification.

Mansioni

• Consult physicians and health professionals on patients' nutritional status and diet plans.
• Develop nutrition assessments and follow-up plans for at-risk patients.
• Provide cross-coverage in in/outpatient services and special areas when needed.
• Engage in rounds, meetings, and journal club; present case studies annually.
