Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to deliver inpatient nutrition care aligned with patient-focused goals. You will perform nutrition assessments, determine diagnoses, develop and implement interventions, and monitor patient progress within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires completing the NCP, following SOP/SOPP, and applying evidence-based nutrition practices while contributing to cost-effective resource management and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Ability to write letters, summaries, and reports.
• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Completion of 900 hours of supervised practice from accredited CDR program.
• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and GA Licensed Dietitian status.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient-focused goals.
• Adhere to SOP/SOPP and evidence-based practice guidelines.
