University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Adolescent Continuing Care Unit (ACCU) at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital in Worcester, MA. The physician may be appointed as Assistant or Associate Professor based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Experience in inpatient adolescent psychiatry and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adolescents admitted to the ACCU.
• Develop treatment plans for adolescents with complex mental health conditions.
• Deliver strength-based, trauma-informed, and trauma-responsive psychiatric care.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to move youth toward least restrictive environment.
• Provide psychiatric/psychopharmacology services aligned with best practices.
