Akron Children's Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the state-of-the-art 40-bed unit on a 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule. We are a nationally recognized pediatric behavioral health center with a broad interdisciplinary team.

Join a well-established program alongside 21 psychiatrists and 20 advanced practice providers, offering comprehensive inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services across Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications

• Board eligibility/certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Lead and participate in care coordination and discharge planning.
