Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program, 1 year of social work experience in healthcare, and 1 year in an acute care setting or TIPs/Case Management

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited CSWE program.
• 1 year Social Work experience in any healthcare setting.
• 1 year experience in acute care setting or completion of TIPs/Case Management Orientation program.
