Job summary

Providence St. Peter's Hospital seeks a nurse practitioner to join our inpatient APC cardiology team in Olympia.

You will help build an inpatient service supporting cardiologists with rounding, patient monitoring and comprehensive inpatient care, including Cath Lab pre/post op assessments and order entry. The role features a Monday–Friday Cath Lab coverage window and a 7-on/7-off inpatient schedule, with no call requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Washington state.
• 2–5 years of experience in cardiology or inpatient care.
• Experience with Cath Lab procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology care to patients.
• Assist Cath Lab pre- and post-operative assessments and orders.
• Enter order sets and respond to paging/alerts as needed.
• Rounding, patient monitoring and overall inpatient care coordination.
