Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced inpatient RN to provide comprehensive nursing care, assessments, medications, and diagnostic procedures in line with state standards. The role emphasizes holistic care addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients and families.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop and revise care plans, delegate tasks, and participate in safety and quality initiatives, including Magnet-related goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty nursing training program.
• Interest in cardiac nursing preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and oversee ancillary activities.
• Coordinate and revise care plans based on patient response and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Delegate tasks appropriately, promote teamwork, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and evidence-based practice decisions.
• Support organizational goals such as Magnet recognition and uphold safety protocols.
