Job summary

Inspira Health Network seeks a compassionate non-licensed staff member to assist with patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting. Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will provide physical care and emotional support while keeping patients safe and comfortable.

The role also includes clerical and communication duties as needed, contributing to a clean, therapeutic environment and smooth unit operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years previous experience in inpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
• CPR certification required; CPI training must be obtained within intro period.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care and emotional support to patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
• Perform clerical and communication tasks as needed.
