Geisinger Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join the inpatient team in Moosic, PA. The role offers a shift from 8a–8p, 36 hours per week, with rotating weekends and holidays, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current RN license as required by state.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per orders and document administration.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, visitors, and staff.
