Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, CA RN license, and BLS certification. Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in mental/behavioral health.
• Active California RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document age-appropriate, patient-centered care in a behavioral health inpatient setting.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
• Ensure patient, visitor, and staff safety by responding to triggers and risk factors.
• Promote patient rights and ethical care in accordance with 5150 laws.
