Qualifications
- Current license to practice nursing in Georgia (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Three years' supervisory experience in an inpatient setting
- Three years' experience in mental health
- CPI certification required
- CPR or BLS certification required
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the daily operations of an inpatient unit.
- Oversee delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders.
- Drive implementation and continuous evaluation of nursing practices across hospital units.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and focus on patient recovery and outcomes.
