Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Proven budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all hospital departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures compliant with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with medical staff, nursing teams, and support personnel to enhance patient care quality.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and prepare for inspections and audits.
• Foster communication between hospital leadership, staff, patients, and external partners.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate administrative and clinical staff to maintain a skilled workforce.
