Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to support inpatient units. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling aligned with treatment plans, facilitate weekly group sessions, and engage families in care planning.

You will document with the DAIR format and participate in staffings and discharge planning in collaboration with the treatment team. Qualifications include a Master's degree in psychology or social work or counseling, LCPC or LCSW licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) eligibility.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to support treatment goals.
• Deliver individual counseling per the treatment plan.
• Facilitate at least one group therapy session weekly.
• Involve families at least twice weekly in treatment.
• Document using the DAIR format in a timely manner.
• Assist with milieu management, admissions, and intakes when census is low.
