St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO seeks an Anesthesiologist to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across inpatient surgeries and procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and hospitalists to ensure safe perioperative management and patient comfort. The successful candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible, hold an active CO license, and complete an ACGME‑accredited residency.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Current, unrestricted Colorado medical license required
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA/AOBA) required
• ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS/ATLS may be required depending on practice
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Anesthesiology residency program required

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across general, regional, local, and MAC techniques.
• Perform pre‑anesthetic evaluations and formulate anesthesia plans.
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia, monitoring, and emergency responses.
• Oversee PACU care and post‑anesthetic recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize perioperative outcomes.
• Document care for clinical records and billing; participate in quality improvement.
• Educate and mentor medical students and residents.
