• Active Ohio RN license (or multistate compact).
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Certification required during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop nursing teams to ensure high-quality adolescent psychiatric care.
• Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff and other team members.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
• Partner with Clinical Director to achieve department goals and improve patient care.
• Support staff training, development, and professional growth.
• Ensure care is delivered safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality outcomes and address areas for improvement.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow.
• Identify process improvements to enhance patient and staff experience.
