Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to support the Inpatient Addiction Recovery Service on a Level IV Detox Unit. The role involves psychosocial assessments, individual and group interventions, and aftercare planning with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold an MSW and LCSW/LICSW credentials with experience in substance use disorders. This hybrid position is located at 1153 Centre Street in Jamaica Plain, MA, with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LICSW required.
• Experience with substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessment of patients and families.
• Meet with patients daily for emotional support and aftercare planning.
• Facilitate group sessions and coordinate with care teams.
• Provide crisis intervention and documentation in EMR.
