Rosaires Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an inpatient acute care setting. You will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support effective treatment and improved patient outcomes.

You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, develop care plans, document care, educate patients and families, and ensure infection control in line with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Experience in inpatient acute care preferred.
• Exhibits strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in high-acuity, high-volume environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following safety protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Document care accurately and communicate changes in patient status.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain infection control and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience or specialization in inpatient acute care.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
