Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred or LMSW license required.
• Licensure: MT-BC, ATR/ATR-BC, or COTA where applicable.
• Three years of inpatient clinical practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ emotional, cognitive, and social needs to plan activities.
• Lead therapeutic groups and individual sessions using art, music, or occupational therapy.
• Create a safe, engaging environment to promote participation.
• Document services, progress, and treatment plan updates.
