PsychPlus in Michigan is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP‑BC) or Physician Assistants (PA‑C) to join our growing team in a high‑impact clinical environment with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule.

You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while documenting care and contributing to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active MI license.
• Active DEA.
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatry or behavioral health hospital experience preferred.
• New graduates with an active state NP or PA license are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
