Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with substantial research in inorganic synthesis and solid‑state chemistry.
• Strong ability to interpret characterization data and literature.
• Experience designing, synthesising and characterising inorganic materials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex problems in inorganic chemistry and materials synthesis.
• Review AI-generated explanations, synthesis routes, and methodologies.
• Assess reaction mechanisms, precursors, conditions, and phase formation.
• Develop reference answers, evaluations, and reasoning frameworks.
• Identify inaccuracies in chemical reasoning and experimental interpretations.
• Apply analytical/characterisation techniques (XRD, XPS, SEM, TEM, FTIR, Raman, thermal analysis).
• Collaborate with research teams to improve AI model scientific accuracy.
