Morrise Reserve is growing our Houston team, and NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! We provide hands-on training, professional tax software, resources, and ongoing support to help you get started and grow as a tax preparer.

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are ready to learn, work with clients, and earn through a commission-based opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual federal and state tax returns.
• Collect and review client documents.
• Communicate with clients about missing information, deductions, and credits.
• Follow IRS regulations and office procedures.
• Protect confidential client information.
• Meet production goals and attend team trainings.

Compensation

• Commission-based.
• Commission split based on experience and preparer track, starting at 50/50 revenue share.
• Production bonuses available.
• Training, tax software, and team support provided.
