Ability to motivate and work in teams to achieve academic expectations
Able to work collaboratively with school leaders and staff to collect, analyze, and use data to modify the instructional program
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Ability to provide a nurturing, supportive classroom climate with clear routines and effective management
Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA
Must be a critical thinker and problem solver
Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software
Excellent classroom management
