Join a collaborative team with 1-2 techs, a front desk, an optician, and in some locations a vision therapist. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, base pay around $140,000 plus quarterly bonuses, a 401(k), health and dental insurance, and a CE stipend for growth.

Qualifications

• A valid state optometry license or active licensure being obtained.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing eye conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and effectively manage ocular diseases.
• Provide specialty care services including contact lens fittings, myopia control, and dry eye management.
• Make use of advanced diagnostic technology and innovative treatment methods.
