Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams according to Warby Parker's protocol and standards of care
• Ensure accuracy in taking measurements and diagnosing ocular conditions
• Explain eye health, eyewear, and prescription terminology to patients
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to patients
• Act as a representative for Warby Parker and educate others to establish the brand as a leading vision service provider
