Job summary

The Washington Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking a detail-oriented online learning educator to join the Court Education team in Olympia, WA. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging eLearning experiences for internal and external partners.

This role focuses on curriculum design, instructional design, multimedia development, and managing deployments in the LMS, collaborating with subject matter experts and education committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or closely related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible related experience in the design and delivery of adult education.
• Three years of progressively responsible related experience in the Washington State courts, training court staff.

Responsibilities

• Design educational content for eLearning delivery.
• Create role-specific instructional activities for online modalities.
• Build eLearning courses and programs using authoring software.
• Develop multimedia elements (graphics, videos, animations, interactive components).
• Upload, configure, and deploy online courses in the LMS.
