Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Mixed-Signal Electronic Design Engineer capable of designing, testing, and overseeing production of PCBs and mixed-signal circuits. You will simulate, lay out, and verify hardware, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in electrical engineering, a bachelor’s in EE or related field, and a background in embedded systems, sensors, and RF/analog/digital integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in electronics design and signal integrity are required.
• Experience in mixed-signal electronics and PCB design is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into hardware architectures with cross-functional teams.
• Review and support proposal development and project execution.
• Conduct electrical analyses, simulations, and PCB layout oversight.
• Prototype bring-up, testing, verification, and performance characterization.
