Responsibilities

• Instruct students in various settings (large, small, one-on-one).
• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content and lesson plans.
• Administer, edit, and grade assignments and assessments.
• Design assessments to measure understanding and drive instruction.
• Create a positive classroom environment and manage behavior.
• Monitor student progress and adapt supports as needed.
• Communicate progress with families and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instruction.
