Job summary
Brown University Health (BUH) Cardiovascular Institute seeks an exceptional interventional and structural cardiologist to join its nationally recognized academic program in Rhode Island. This role builds an outpatient consultative practice for interventional and structural heart disease clinics and performs a balanced mix of coronary and advanced structural interventions.
The candidate will share interventional call on a 1:5 basis, including nights and weekends, with a strong, multidisciplinary
Qualifications
- Experience in transcatheter valve therapies and structural heart interventions.
- Fellowship training in structural heart disease is highly preferred.
- Active involvement in clinical research and trials.
Responsibilities
- Build outpatient consultative practice for interventional and Structural Heart Disease Clinics.
- Perform coronary and advanced structural interventions as part of a balanced mix.
- Share interventional call at a favorable 1:5 ratio, including nights and weekends.
- Join a team of ten interventional cardiologists, including two structural specialists.
- Collaborate with cath lab team and structural heart clinic staff to support patient care.
