Zusammenfassung

STG Design in Austin is seeking an Intermediate Designer to develop innovative interior design solutions and guide projects through all phases with a focus on construction documentation.

You will join the interiors studio, bringing creativity and technical expertise to produce functionally beautiful spaces, coordinate with consultants, and adapt standards to project requirements while maintaining client-focused communication.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited program.
3–5 years of experience in architectural and interior design with a focus on construction documentation.
Proficiency in Revit and other design software for producing Contract Documents.
Knowledge of codes and consultant coordination (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural).
Effective communication skills for ongoing project collaboration and documentation.
Experience with parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo) is a plus.

Aufgaben

Coordinate and produce Contract Documents with support and direction from the Project Manager and other senior staff.
Adapt standards and criteria to project requirements and possess diverse working knowledge of related disciplines.
Perform work requiring independent judgment and critical thinking.
Collaborate across teams to ensure design intent is realized in technical documents.
