Job summary

• Pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or chemistry.
• Familiar with engineering math and basic statistics, or willing to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with R&D experiments related to bonding systems.
• Assemble, condition, and test laboratory samples.
• Collate data and write lab reports.
• Participate in DOEs or large-scale experiments in R&D and validation.
• Maintain a detailed lab notebook and track data in systems.
• Plan and execute intern project with mentorship.
• Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
