Qualified candidates will hold a master’s degree in a related field (or equivalent with graduate credits), with at least one year of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent with 18 graduate credits in related area.
• One year full-time teaching experience or equivalent.
• Higher education teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pedagogy and two years of teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned by the designated supervisor.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
• Develop course outlines and syllabi for supervisor review.
• Assist in development of measurable course objectives and plans.
• Engage with students and staff professionally to encourage communication.
• Maintain accurate course records and submit required forms.
• Be available for student consultation and recruitment efforts.
• Support curriculum evaluation and assessment activities.
• Represent the college professionally in the community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development for credentialing.
