We Seek candidates with an active Ohio teaching license, a Bachelor’s degree in education, and a strong commitment to equity and social-emotional learning.

Formación

• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in a growth-focused coaching environment with observations and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience working in urban environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and modify them as needed during the school year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and instruction.
