• Ability to plan and implement standards-based curriculum and instructional programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Kanawha County Schools' standards-based curriculum across WV Content Standards and Objectives.
• Implement adopted and supplemental academic programs.
• Incorporate 21st-century technology skills in instruction.
• Collaborate with special education colleagues to support inclusive learning.
• Plan and deliver designated co-curricular activities and field trips when assigned.
• Ensure accountability for individual student achievement and progress.
• Develop personalized learning to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and peers.
• Support school improvement initiatives as directed by the Principal.
• Perform classroom management and other duties as assigned by the Principal.
