Qualifications

• Utilizes assessment strategies aligned with the Wake County Public School System curriculum and standards to support learner development.
• Ensures effective communication techniques with students, parents, and all stakeholders.
• Engages in planned continuous professional quality improvement for self, school, and district.
• Uses methods that promote critical and creative thinking in students.
• Implements instructional strategies reflecting each student’s culture, learning styles, and needs.
• Maintains a positive, safe classroom environment and manages student behavior effectively.
• Plans, aligns, implements, and evaluates instruction and assessment across learning environments.
• Collaborates with peers, parents, and community to improve classroom experiences.
