Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Comfort with growth-focused coaching based on observations and planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience supervising students in diverse settings (urban environments)
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks
• Experience in urban education environments
