Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a 3D Experience Designer, Custom Exhibits in Las Vegas to craft immersive exhibits. You will partner with Detailers and the sales team to turn client inspiration into practical 3D solutions, creating models from templated graphics and evolving concepts.

This role rewards a passion for material balance, light, and technology integration, with frequent fast-paced revisions and a strong focus on quality renders that reflect the TRUE GES brand.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience within the 3D, exhibition, events or trade show industry.
• An obsession with the latest trends in 3D design and technology.
• A passion for finding the right balance of materials, space and light to create innovative spaces
• A firm understanding of technology integration and collaborating with tech partners
• A vast knowledge of materials, finishes, graphic applications and fabrication methods a plus.
• Expert knowledge of 3D Studio Max with Corona or similar 3D industry-standard software
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop visualization a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp a plus

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with Detailers and the sales team to develop practical solutions in a timely manner.
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to design effective 3D business solutions.
• Create 3D models using templated graphics.
• Intuitively design 3D exhibits from client supplied inspiration including sketches and AI mood boards.
• Brilliantly present yourself as a considerate and reliable teammate on every project.
• Bring an innovative approach to all work and push the boundaries of 3D software.
