Qualifications

• BS degree in chemistry or related field; R&D lab experience preferred.
• Proficient in standard adhesive test methods.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of AR information.
• Ability to perform duties with moderate supervision.
• Effective oral & written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage different priorities.
• Requires an aptitude to use sensitive test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lab mixing and coating experiments with independent judgment.
• Prepare test samples and conduct tests on chemicals and materials.
• Record, organize and communicate results; perform basic data analysis and propose recommendations.
• Maintain lab areas, storage areas and equipment to standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with ISO-9001 and GMP.
