Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership in Largo, MD is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction. You will inspect, treat residential and commercial clients, install TAP insulation, and build exclusion traps while ensuring safety and quality.

You will communicate with customers, follow product labels, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• TAP insulation installation and ensure quality service.
• Exclude animals and wildlife removal; build exclusion traps.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
